I’ve spent several hours over the past couple of days counting VBS offering money. The funny thing about when kids bring in offerings: it often comes in the form of change that needs to be rolled before it can go to the bank.
So far, kids at our VBS have raised $230 for Christian Community Outreach. They’ve also collected a few hundred rolls of toilet paper for the same organization. Their generosity with their money and even, in some cases, the toilet paper at their houses (one little girl declared, “I brought in the last roll of toilet paper from home!”) will make a difference for families in Henderson. You’re never too small to make a difference!
