Couldn’t Do It Without Him

There’s no way I could do the things I do without Jason. During a week like this, he goes right with me from the Youth Retreat to Operation Christmas Child to the Turkey Trot banquet.

I know it’s not easy being a ministry spouse. He does more of the heavy lifting and I get more of the credit. When someone’s neglected, it’s usually him. When I make mistakes, he’s the one who helps me make them right. When I feel alone, he’s there to remind me that I am not. When no one “gets” it, he does.

I’m grateful.
